Library terms and privacy notice
These terms cover your student account and library use. Tuition enrolment, lesson dates and fees require a separate agreement with the contracting adult.
Acceptable use
Use the library only for your own learning. Keep your password private, do not share restricted resources, and do not try to access another person's account.
Information we collect
We collect your name, username, email address, school, curriculum, current grade, date of birth and requested subjects, and assign a registration reference number, to verify your registration and provide appropriate library access. You may also provide an optional cell number.
How the information is used
Authorised staff use your information to review your application, manage your account, contact you when necessary and control which learning resources you may access. The information is not collected for advertising and is not included in paper-analysis requests.
Once approved, you may receive a daily email when new learning resources match your permitted grade and subjects. Every notification email includes a link to stop these messages, and disabling email notifications does not affect library access.
Account approval
Registration does not grant immediate access. Staff may contact you or your teacher to verify your details before activating the account.
